By booking an appointment, submitting a form, or opting in to messages from Elination Financial Group, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services or to opt in to receive text messages from Elination Financial Group.

 

Text Messaging Program

Program name: Elination Financial Group Client Messages.

Program description: If you opt in, you will receive text messages about your appointments (confirmations and reminders), requests for documents, updates on your services, and, if you separately agree, tax tips, service updates, and special offers.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt out: You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To join again, opt in again through our booking form or reply START.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service or booking an appointment.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked, rescheduled, or canceled using the links in your confirmation email or by contacting us. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
